Description

17.DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS -- Vehicle Towing for Navy Region Northwest. Tow truck services required shall include personnel, equipment and facilities which must adhere to and be in accordance with all local, state, and Federal laws and licensing requirements. The period of performance shall be for a base year and two option years. A multiple award may be awarded due to location and licensing requirements. Note #1 applies. This will be a web-posted solicitation. The solicitation will be posted to NECO website: Http://www.neco.navy.mil. No hard-copy solicitation or amendment documents will be distributed by the Government. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendment thereto. Subsequent amendments to the solicitation, if any, will be promulgated ONLY via the NECO website. Because this is a web-posted solicitation, a Solicitation Mailing List is not maintained by the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the referenced web site early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that any amendment has been issued. The NECO web site is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance.
