Description

Presolicitation Notice: Sealed bids from all business concerns will be accepted for the Washington, District of Columbia, Department of Public Works Project STP 9999(985). The project consists of roadway resurfacing, street lighting improvements, drainage work, and miscellaneous work at 12 sites. The work includes removal of existing street lighting, abandoned utilities, concrete curb, pavement, and other items. The work also includes pavement milling, placement of aggregate base, asphalt paving, construction of reinforced concrete base and surface courses, drainage improvements, installation of stone curbing, construction of concrete sidewalks, pavement markings, street lighting, and utility work. The project price is expected to be more than $10,000,000. Bid documents are scheduled to be issued in the later part of September. Bids will be due 30 days after the issue date.
