Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a Contractor to provide an Outdoor Storage Site at it's New Campus in Research Triangel Park, North Carolina. The purpose of the site is to place small portable buildings, mobile trailers/labs, operational research equipment and other equipment. An area of approximately 25,000 square feet has been chosen to include Jenkins Road Southeast of the New Facility. The project includes clearing, grubbing, asphalt paving, electrical, plumbing and other accessories that are specified on the drawings and specifications. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The solicitations is anticipated to be issued on August 15, 2001. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Agency.
