Description

17. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to install one new 150kw Emergency Generator at Building Number 7278, 160th SOAR, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Work shall consist of providing and installing new transfer switch, power supplies, and exhaust systems. Also, installation of underground wiring with THHN wires with rigid steel conduit from existing Main panel to generator switch, control box, etc will be required to include installation of new grounding stations & surge protection at the generator site. Additionally, contractor shall be required to furnish and install new day tanks & new enclosures with lighting, panels, and other components as required. All work must be performed in accordance with 1999 NEC. The period of performance is 270 calendar days. Range for this project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. This acquisition is pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988": and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. NAICS is 235310/$11.5 Million. Pursuant to FAR 19.13, a price preference will be given to any Hubzone concerns that comply with the requirements of the solicitation.
