Description

17. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, supplies, and necessary equipment to Repair Fire Damaged Quarters, Building 5094, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Repairs include, but are not limited to, demolition & removal of debris, ceiling & insulation replacement, replacement of windows with PVC windows, doors & associated trim, replacement of floor coverings, replacement of gypsum board, repair of electrical systems & fixtures, replacement of damaged framing members, painting, replacement of damaged HVAC system components, replacement of cabinets, new dishwasher, garbage disposal, and water heater, and application of stain killers & other cleaners as required to completely eliminate smoke damage and odor. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Project range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Acquisition is 100% setaside for HubZone contractors. NAICS is 233210/$27.5 Million. This acquisition is subject to the Availability of Funds. Only bidders registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will be considered; information concerning registration can be obtained at www.ccr2000.com.
