Description

Provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to accomplish Project 668-01-106, Replace Roofs Phase II Solicitation #IFB-668-313-01 in accordance with specifications and drawings. Project work includes removal of existing EPDM ballasted roofing system completely and installation of new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system. Project involves work on eight separate roof sections with a total area of approximately 12,000 square feet. Additional work includes installation of metal parapet coping and miscellaneous mechanical/electrical work for roof-mounted equipment. This is a small business set-aside and large business will not be considered. NAICS Code 235610 Size Standard 11.5 Million. Requests must be made in writing for the specification package. Requests for bids will only be accepted from responsible businesses currently engaged in this type of commerce. Estimated project value is $100,000 to $250,000.
