Description

Provide the necessary management, technical services, labor, material support services and equipment to accomplish P-2,P-3B, P-1, P-3A Piping, Non Level-One Valves, Level One Valves, Valve Sealing and other miscellaneous repairs. The contract will include a total of six Lots as follows: Lot I, Labor Categories; Lot 2, P-2 AND P-3B Piping; Lot 3, P-1 and P-3A Piping; Lot 4, Non Level-One valves; Lot 5, Level One Valves and Lot 6, Valve Sealing. A proposal may be submitted on one Lot, all Lots or any combination of Lots. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will be for a base year with four one year options. Performance of work will be on U. S. Naval Ships and other military vessels. The place of performance will be in the Hampton Roads Areas of Virginia or other areas as specified on each task order issued. Award will be based on Best Value utilizing past performance, technical and price as evaluation factors. MULTIPLE AWARDS WILL BE MADE ON THIS PROCUREMENT. THIS PROCUREMENT IS NOT RESTRICTED TO ABR HOLDERS.
