Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N66001-01-Q-0611 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The provisions and clauses are those in effect at the time of this publication. Award will be made using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures. The government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to DY4 Systems Ltd for a quantity of 31 each System Controller Cards, Part Number: SVME-739-100M. The anticipated award date is 15 AUG 2000.Delivery is required within 180 days from date of award. Partial shipments and payments are allowed. All deliveries will be made to Receiving Officer, SPAWAR Systems center San Diego, 53605 Hull Street, San Diego, CA 92152-5410. Note 1 applies. Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of original publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
