Description

The FHWA intends to award a sole source cooperative agreement with the Civil Engineering Research Foundation (CERF) to operate and support the Highway Innovative Technology Evaluation Center (HITEC),for the purpose of accelerating the testing, evaluation and implementation of technologies to improve the durability, efficiency, environmental impact, productivity, and safety of highway, transit, and intermodal transportation systems.
