Description

The U.S. Department of Energy, Savannah River Operations Office (DOE-SR), near Aiken, SC, intends to enter into a non-competitive contract with the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business (UGA-TCB) for the administration of a series of on-site courses beginning fall semester 2001. This action is authorized under 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. UGA-TCB has been selected because of their willingness, capability and past experience in administering a series of on-site graduate level business courses. Concerns having the ability to furnish the required services are requested to give written notification (including name and telephone number for a point of contact) along with a detailed description of the concern's capabilities and evidence that the concern can perform the action. This information shall be submitted by August 17, 2001, to U.S. Department of Energy, Savannah River Operations Office, Attn: Donna Anderson, P. O.
