Provide handicap van transportation service coverage for authorized Veterans Administration beneficiaries for the Ralph H. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 109 Bee St, Charleston, SC, 29401-5799 for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four (4) option years available. Service is to be provided seven (7)days per week, Twenty-four (24) hours per day all in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and schedule of this solicitation.
