Description

The proposed procurement is for 125 each, Helicopter Rescue Hook(s). These hooks will be a standard hook for use on all MH-47 and MH-60 Aircraft in the Regiment. This will be a one time buy to change out all MH-47 and MH-60 Aircraft Rescue Hoist Hooks. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Destination. A delivery of 2 weeks After Receipt of Order (DARO) to W80N5C, MSSA/CRP HHC 160th SOAR(A), 7244 Nightstalker Way, Attn: CW5 Dave Sweeney, Ft. Campbell, KY 42223-6016. The existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified soure(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically avialable to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. These items will be acquired directly from Aerial Machine & Tool Corp., 4298 JEB Stuart Hwy, P.O. Box 222, Vesta, VA 24177-0222. All responsible source(s) may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The time required for approval of new suppliers is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
