Description

The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base California, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Enerdyne Technologies Inc. 1935 Cordell Court, El Cajon, CA 92020. The purchase order is to include CLIN 0001 Quantity two (2) Enerdyne Video compression encoder with PCM; Audio, RS232 Data Mux and Bi-Phase data output P/N ENC1000A94-02. The color video compressor encoder unit function is to digitize and compress a standard analog video signal as NTSC composite, Y/C or PAL format. The unit shall have two inputs; NRZ-L serial bit stream format at TTL level and, differential BIO-L digital serial bit stream, both of these signals can be clocked at user specified fixed rate. The unit shall also have input for the multiplexing of an asynchronous Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) data stream into the digitized video data stream. The unit shall have a PCM data option and a differential BI-Phase output.
