- Description
- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to MCNC Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, the procurement of 20 each 4 inch Si/Ge wafers and build patterned Aluminum, polyimide, and indium tin-oxide layers on the Ge wafers and patterened polyimide and gold layers on the Si wafers; dice wafers for further processing and assembly; and die attach and wirebond 20 each 270 pin pga kyocera packages supplied by NRL. Sole source is based on unique capabilities of MCNC Inc. to meet specific needs of NRL. See Note 22.
