Dest: Def Dist Depot San Joaquin CA. Option to increase qty 100%. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1)(FAR 6.302-1. Only one Source. (Note 22). 22 Sole Source (FAR 6.302-1). Unstricted.
