Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requires the services of a qualified contractor to compile and publish an annual volume of the United States Banking Laws (USBL) in hard copy and electronic format. The anticipated scope of work to be produced under the Banking Laws solicitation will include, but not be limited to: (1) Producing a one-volume bound compilation of updated banking laws from the United States Code; (2) Producing the electronic files for the product to be inserted on the OCC ?Examiner Library? CD-ROM and the OCC ?e-files? CD-ROM; and, Packaging and delivering copies of the printed volume to the addresses on a mailing list supplied by the OCC. Technical standards 1194.21 -- Software applications and operating systems of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as Amended apply to this requirement. A solicitation will be issued approximately 15 days after the date of this announcement. The solicitation document contains the details of OCC?s requirement, the instructions for submitting a quote, and how the proposals will be evaluated.
