Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposales are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation is (Request for Quotation) RFQ 20-01-133. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This procurement falls with the definition of North America Industry classification code 441210. The small business size standard is $5.0 million. Specifiations: BEDS: (This specification is a must) 2 or 3 beds, one bed must be located in the front of the trailer and other one or two beds must be located in the back of the trailer. The bed in the from of the trailer can be either a twin or large in size. The bed or beds in the back of the trailer can be a single or larger. The bed in the back of the trailer must have enough room for a large adult (6 1/2 foot person) to fit in and access comfortably; LENGTH: 32-foot maximum length of trailer; EXTERIOR: Aluminum frame const., 2 seven-gallon propane tanks, solar ready, six-volt battery, R-18 insulation in roof, freeze resistance water lines, 30 to 50 gallon fresh water tank, 30 to 50 gallon gray water tank, 30 to 50 gallon black water tank, spare tire and carrier, stabilizer jacks on all corners, shock absorbes, foam board insulation, one-piece kanvex underbelly wrap or similar, heated underbelly if available, and reese 61009 hitch; INTERIOR: No carpet; ELECTRICAL: 40-amp service and air conditioner 13500 BTU ducted with heat strip or comparable; GALLEY: Microwave, stove, and refrigerator; APPLIANCES: 10-gallon water heater, 31000 BTU furnance or comparable, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and LP detector, range hood with light and exhaust fan, TV and VCR.; BATH: ABS tub surround, medicine cabinet, and flush toilet.
