Description

The following solicitation will be issued on or about 14 Aug 01: F14614-01-Q0004. The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair the elevators at McConnell AFB, Kansas in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation in accordance with ANSI.ASME A17 and other applicable standards and codes. The contractor shall perform preventive maintenance through monthly inspections and repair or replace components worn due to normal wear, re-lamp all signals as required, adjust elevator parts and components to maximize the elevator?s performance and lubricate equipment for smooth and efficient performance. The performance period is a base period + four (4) optional years. The North American Industry Classification System Code assigned to this acquisition is 23595; size standard $11.5 million. This requirement will be set aside for100 percent small business concerns. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) package will be available for downloading and viewing at http://www.eps.gov. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Exact site visit and proposal dates will be available upon issuance of the solicitation.
