Description

The VAMC Birmingham, AL requires full on-site maintenance and service for the period 10-1-01 through 9-30-02, with four (4) one year renewal options for the following medical equipment: 1) GE/Marquett ECG Data Management Systems, MDL. MUSE 5000; 2) Two (3) each Advanced Technology Lab, Echo-Cardiography System, MDL. HDI5000CV; 3) Acuson Ultrasound System, MDL Sequoia 512 and 4) Del Mar Avionics, ACCU Scan System, MDL. 363. Contractor shall perform quarterly preventive maintenance inspections (PMI), respond to Service calls within one (1) hour by telephone and be on site within four (4) hours.
