Description

This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns, (see Note 1).The Department of Veteran Affairs plans to award a IDIQ contract to establish a single source for HIV resistance testing. This single source will be available for use by all VA medical facilities will ensure a single test methodology for guiding antiretroviral regimen. The proposed contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a Base Year with the possibility of four unilaterally exercised Option Years. Offers are due by August 31, 2001 4:00 PM EST.
