Description

Provide readjustment counseling services to eligible veterans referred by Vet Center staff members or professional staff members of VA Psychiatry, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing Services for the Kansas counties of Liberal, Ford and Barton. Contractor shall furnish readjustment counseling services by licensed social workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists or other qualified counselors individually or in groups to eligible veterans. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The contract will be for a base year with 4 one year options. Issue date will be on or about August 3, 2001. The base year will be from September 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. All request must be in writing. Telephone request will not be honored. Request may be faxed to (913) 758-6495.
