Description

Service to provide Medical Transcription Service to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Little Rock, Arkansas. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide off-site transcription services. This will include phone dictation by doctors and staff and uploading documents into the hospital's VISTA computer program through use of phone lines and computer modems. Contractor will provide CAVHS with two (2) management consoles for monitoring. Offers shall be considered only from offerors who are regularly established in the business called for and who can provide evidence of financial responsibility, reliability, experience, etc. The contract period shall be December 1, 2001 through November 30, 2002 with four (4) option years. The Contractor shall maintain a procedure that provides for screening and/or proofreading for accuracy of all reports prior to transmittal. The NAICS is 561410 with a size standard of $5 million.
