Description

The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with Agilent Technologies for an upgrade of Agilent IC-CAP Software Modeling and Simulation Suite. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable SIC code is 3821, NAICS code 339111 with a size standard of 500 employees. All responces from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICIATATION ISSUED. See numbered Note 22.
