Description

Provide weekly draining, cleaning, waxing and refilling of therapeutic spa (to include handrails); weekly cleaning and vacuuming of 28' X 60' swimming pool; analyze water samples weekly; adjust chemical balance as necessary (VA will provide chemicals); and clean all ceramic tile floors in the entire pool and spa area and clean grates in overflow area during the months of October, January, April and July, for Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Uptown Division, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, Georgia. The solicitation will be issued for base year and four (4) renewable option years. Issue date is on or about August 13, 2001. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561790 with a size standard of $5.0 million. This procurement is subject to the availability of FY 2002 funds. Requests for solicitation must be in writing.
