Description

NAICS 56720, Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services. The contractor will furnish all material, labor, supervision, equipment to provide custodial services at the Byron White Courthouse, 1823 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado. The Solicitation will be issued o/a 08/05/2001, and will be available for download from the Electronic Posting System. The EPS address is http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be mailed out. Proposals will be due o/a 08/15/2001 at 12:00 noon, local time. Proposals include a technical, oral and price portion. More weight will be given to the technical (written and oral) portion of the overall proposal submission. The term of the contract is a base (24-month)with four (24-month)options, beginning o/a 09/01/2001. Only questions submitted in writing will be accepted and/or responded to.
