Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the U.S. Army Community and Family Support Center, has a requirement for lodging and training conference space for 250 attendees. This service includes Working Meals, Meeting Rooms and Audio/Visual Equipment from 26 Oct thru 02 Nov 2001. The hotel must have, adequate number and size break out rooms, ballroom, large enough to accommodate 44 General Officers and SES -- equivalent participants, assistant seats, theatre seating on either side of the table for approximately 60, dual screen and tables/stations for Public Affairs operations, backup equipment operator, court reporter and audio/visual equipment operator for the GOSC General Office Steering Committee Meetings. The hotel must have a 3 star or 4 diamond rating, or equivalent and located in the Alexandria Virginia area within twenty five mile radius, to the U.S. Army Community and Family Support Center, 4700 King Street Alexandria Virginia 22302.
