Description

The work consists of converting a hand pumped well to a pressurized and purified water distribution system including a precast concrete pump house. Project site is in Lane County, Coast Range Resource Area, Eugene District, Oregon. Project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Estimated issue date: August 17, 2001 Estimated start work is April 1, 2002 and performance time is 45 calendar days. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
