Description

Reroof of Historic building at John Muir National Historic Site. Contractor must have experience with metal roofing projects. Project consists of removal of existing terne-coated stainless steel roofing, repair of existing roof structure and sheathing, installation of waterproof underlayment and rosin paper, installation of approximately 829 square feet of new flat seam copper roofing, installation of roof to wall flashing, installation of flashing at the base of the cupola, painting of copper roofing and flashing and installation of a drip cap and fluid applied waterproofing to the metal flashing on the cupola roof.
