Description

This project consists of painting the exterior of the Northern Canal Waste Gate House at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA. The work includes surface preparation and painting of exterior clapboards, trim, window trim, and doors. All surfaces shall be prepared, primed, and painted two coats of finish paint. Construction performance period is 45 days. Estimated construction range: Less than $25,000. NAICS code 235210, $11.5 million. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is set-aside for emerging small business concerns.
