Background "17. To implement Air Force Automated Civil Engineering System (ACES) Software including installation of software and training on use of software will be performed at Air Force Plants, 4, 6 and 42, a government owned, contractor operated (GOCO) plant operated by Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., P.O. Box 748, Fort Worth TX 76101-0748. An ombudsman has been established for this acquisition.
