Description

The work consists of removing and replacing approximately 12,000 SF of built up roofing, including replacement of sheet metal components, such as roof jacks, coping, flashing, and gravel stops. Existing roofing material contains asbestos. Contractor is responsible for removal of all debris from the Park, including proper disposal of asbestos containing material (ACM). Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work. On-site inspection of the work site is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 15, 2001. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site before bidding. All responsible bidders may submit an offer, which, if responsive, will be considered.
