Description

Project consists of reconstruction of existing USDA-Forest Service campground entrance road and construction of 48 camping spurs at Ocean Pond Recreation Area, Osceola National Forest, Baker County, FL. Work includes realignment and surfacing of existing campground road, installation of culverts, and miscellaneous related work. The project location is a remote U. S. Forest Service recreation area approximately 20 miles east of Lake City, FL. Contract time is 120 calendar days. The Government's estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000. This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 234110 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million.
