Description

Work to be performed consists of construction of two solid waste transfer stations, including all concrete walls and slabs, electrical service connections, access roads, excavation, and chain link fencing. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 51% Indian owned, controlled and operated firms under the authority of the Buy-Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation Paragarph 380.503(e)not more than 50% of the work to be performed under a prime contract shall be subcontracted to other than Indian firms. For this purpose, work to be performed does not include the provision of materials, supplies or equipment. Project completion time is estimated to be 255 days after the notice to proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. A pre-solicitation notice is being issued concurrently with this synopsis.
