Terms: FOB origin, with inspection/acceptance at origin. Solicitation may result in an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base + 4 option years. Estimated annual demand quantity for the base year is 114 each. Estimated annual demand quantities for each of the four option years is 44 each.
