Description

Solicitation for NSN 1680-01-140-3889/YPG01129000861, Mount Assembly, Gear Box Accessory. The Boeing Company, CAGE 76301, Critical Safety Item, Dwg 74A542010, revision B, P/N 74A542010-1009, Sources: Aero Components, CAGE 59213, Northrup Grumman, CAGE 76823, Configuration Control applies, First Article/Preproduction approval required, Government testing. Sample quantity shall consist of 2 complete units. Testing is for conformance to drawing specifications and shall include a) dimensional verification, b) destructive analysis of one (1) unit to determine plating, material grade, composition, heat treatment and hardness. Completion of the first article line 9906 is mandatory for this solicitation. NAICS is 336413, Note 22, QAP 007 applies, Origin Inspection required. This is an indefinite quantiy contract (IQC) with a base year and four one year option periods. Part #: Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery Schedule: 120 DARO. Unrestricted. Other than full and open competition, source: Northrup Grumman, CAGE 76823, Aero Components, CAGE 59213. EBB, IQS, and one letter quotes are not acceptable for this procurement. ABVM applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solication.
