Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item. DESCRIPTION AND ATTACHMENT(s): Provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, for the manufacturing of a Mobile Command and Control Center trailer for F E Warren AFB, WY. Faxed or telegraph offers will not be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. Solicitation F48608-01-R0029 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (FAR Clauses may be found by accessing WEB site at: farsite.hill.af.mil/ffar1.htm. NAICS Code is 336214 (SIC is 3792). The solicitation is restricted to Small Business. Line Item 0001 is for the manufacturing of one (1) 32' Ball Coupler Trailer for use as a Mobile Command and Control Center for F. E. Warren AFB built in accordance with the specifications list in attachment #1. Electrical wiring/connections will be connected to generator, service panel box, transfer switch, battery, L14-50 motor base, floodlights/GFI breaker, 120 volt GFI duplex receptacles, ceiling lights and switches (see attachments for locations). Other electrical work will be accomplished separate from this purchase. Overhead wall cabinets will be preinstalled as part of this purchase. Cabinets shall be finished birch or oak cabinet grade (contact requester for wood type). Counter tops shall be Formica material and preinstalled (contact requester for color availability). Refer to attachments 2 through 7 for drawings. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offer(s) -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. A completed, signed copy to this provision FAR 52.212-3 shall be submitted with any offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
