The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Quantity: 154 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 165 DARO or best possible delivery; 80 each to be delivered to Stockton, CA within 165 DARO or best possible delivery; 72 each to be delivered to Texarkana, TX within 165 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to be included in RFP. Solicitation issue date is August 23, 2001.
