Inspection and acceptance at origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1650 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 100 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity to be included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is 8/21/01.
