Description

VA Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Medtronic Function Diagnostics to provide proprietary software upgrades for VA-owned Medtronic diagnostic equipment used to perform esophageal, anal, and biliary manometry, and pH studies at the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco CA 94121. This is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. No solicitation document is available. The Government believes this is the only source capable of providing this proprietary upgrade. This notice is issued for information only and is not a request for offers.
