Description

The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to award a sole source procurement to the Sensor Systems, Inc., 103A Carpenter Drive, Sterling, VA 20164, for the following items: (1) Part Number 20WINSNLIC: ENVI+IDL Windows Node Locked License, Quantity 5; (2) Part Number 20WINSNMNT: ENVI+IDL Windows Node Locked Maintenance, Quantity 5 and (3) Part Number 10SUPUNL: Tech Support Unlimited Single User, Quantity one year. This is a synopsis of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 -- Commercial Items. The authority for sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1(a), 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Responsible sources that are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their ability to provide the product.
