Description

Defense Supply Service-Washington (DSS-W) intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item contract with ACL Services Ltd, Vancouver, BC Canada, to provide 50 each copies of ACL for Windows Software, Version 7.0; online learning ACL for windows, and for technical support services for 50 new licenses and 15 existing licenses for a one year period. All interested sources may submit a capabilities statement showing authority to resell and maintain software and must be received via fax or email not later than 7 August 2001 to be considered. The decision to compete this requirement based on responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. There is no solicitation package available. See Note 22.
