Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-02-R-5101 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Government Electronics Systems (LMC, GES), 199 Borton Landing Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057-0927. Orders will be issued for overhaul, installation, and checkout (INCO) effort for AEGIS Weapons System MK7. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). LMC, GES is the developer and sole producer of AEGIS Weapons System MK7. It is the only company that possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
