Description

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS INTERESTED IN ACQUIRING A BUILDING SITE IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA The federal government seeks to obtain land for a building site in San Diego County, California. At minimum, the property must consist of approximately 15-20 contiguous acres and lie within a 5 mile radius of the Brown Field airport entrance within the northeast or southeast quadrants defined by this circle. The government will also consider parcels larger than 20 acres if suitable. A preliminary title report and any existing environmental site assessment reports, soil reports, geotechnical reports, or other pertinent data must accompany each expression of interest. In addition, all submittals must include a representation of the agent's authority to tender the offer. This ad solicits for potential land donations as well as for properties available for sale. The federal government will determine how to develop the site and hereby notifies all interested parties that we may consider properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement.
