Description

The purpose of the modification to this synopsis is to change the requirement FROM: SOLE SOURCE TO: FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, FIRST ARTICLE REQUIREMENT and EXPORT CONTROL. Note 22 is hereby deleted. Note 8 is added and WR-ALC Local Notes B (OMBUDSMAN), F(EXPORT CONTROL), and G (CD ROM) APPLY. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
