Description

The Immigration & Naturalization Service, Administrative Center Laguna is requesting quotations for Ford Bronco Suspension Kits, Part Number BF-BRO-K-001-1, Quantity (121) EA. All assemblies and subassemblies to be manufactured must meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The assemblies and/or subassemblies are listed below with their OEM part numbers for proper identification compatible to Ford Broncos, Model Years 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996. Each Kit must contain all necessary hardware parts and the following components: Rear Shock Mount and Tabs, Part# BF-BR-SK-01; Rear Custom Bilstein Shocks, Part# BF-BR-RS-01; Front Custom Bilstein Shocks, Part# BF-BR-FS-01; Front Coil Springs and Spring Insert, Part# BF-BR-C-01/BF-BR-SP-01; Rear Custom Leaf Spring Pack, Part# BF-BR-SP-01; U-Bolt Set, Part# BF-BR-U-01; Limit Straps Front Set w/ Hardware Kit, Part# BF-BR-LS-19 and Front Frame Brace, Part# BF-BR-B-01. The Offeror must quote for ALL the above stated components of each suspension kit. The delivery time after award is critical and the Offeror must propose the number of calendars days the suspension kits will be delivered after receipt of award. The suspension kits are to be delivered FOB Destination to: U.S. Border Patrol, San Diego Sector-Garage, 3752 Beyer Blvd, San Ysidro, CA 92173, Attn: Ernie Granillo. Successful offeror will be required to complete the information as required in 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Item, as a condition of award. This is a combined synopsis/quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotations are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. Quotation ACL-1-Q-0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-24. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 441310, with a Small Business size Standard of $5mil. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Closing Date or response date for this synopsis/ quotation ACL-1-Q-0024 is August 15, 2001 at 2:00pm, Pacific Daylight Time. Only written responses will be accepted.
