Description

The following information is hereby added as an amendment to this RFQ. The closing date is extended until August 10, 2001. Specifications: Oven interior dimensions: 7'10" W x 10'4" H x 10' D; Heating method: Natural Gas Top Down heating; Primary burner input: 555 thousand BTU/Hr, Afterburner Input: 825 thousand BTU/Hr; Stack height: 14' above oven, Installed straight from the fan through the roof; Flat cart: 7'5" W x 2" H x 10' L, cap. 2000lbs, w/ removable grill/drip pan; Control features: A chart recorder is not required; Afterburner 1500 to 1800 Deg., with more than second residence time, as defined by thermocouple location, to meet both current and future EPA requirements. Honeywell 7800 series flame sensor relays, Honeywell UDC 3300 and UDC 2300 temp controllers are recommended. Operational temperature of oven: 600 to 800 degrees; Oven installation (location), building door size: 20' x 20'; End.
