THE U.S. ARMY CECOM, CECOM ACQUISITION CENTER, INTENDS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT FOR SPARE PARTS SUPPORT FOR THE 5KW, 28 VDC, AUXILIARY POWER UNIT, USED ON M577A2'S (COMMAND CONTROL VEHICLES)FOR THE HELLENIC(GREECE)ARMY TO GOODMAN BALL, INC., 3639 HAVEN AVENUE, MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA. THERE ARE NO DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AND NO US GOVERNMENT ORGANIC SUPPORT AT THIS TIME FOR THE 5KW APU. MANY OF THE SPARE PARTS ARE MANUFACTURED BY GOODMAN BALL, INC. SOLELY FOR USE ON THE 5KW APU. The U.S. ARMY Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established a Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website as part of the Army's Single Face to Industry to allow electronic postings of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry.
