Description

The purpose of this modification is to change this requirement FROM: SOLE SOURCE TO: COMPETITIVE requirement, small business set aside. Note 22, Sole Source is hereby deleted. Note 8 is added and WR-ALC Local Notes B (Ombudsman), F (Export Control), and G (CD-ROM). All other terms and conditions previously stated remain unchanged.
