Description

The US Geological Survey Requests Quotations for 1Ea. Mt. Sopris Borehole Geophysical Logging Unit or Equal possessing the following characteristics and specifications:(a)4WNA Winch with 1000 meters of single conductor 3/16 inch cable. Includes 4WNA02600 controller, 3WCA depth display / control unit; (b) MGX ll Logging system with MS log software, 2 PMA sonic modem and basic WellCad processing software; (c) FWS sonic processing module for WellCad; (d) Image module for WellCad; (e) Multiwell module for WellCad: (f) 2PEA+2PGA+2SFA combination probe for natural gamma 8,16,32,64 inch normal resistivity; (g) DIL 45 Dual Induction probe (45mm) with gamma option; (h) Calibration fixture for Dual Induction probe; 2PCA three arm Poly Caliper. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. The NAICS Code is 334513 with corresponding size standard of 500 employees. Quoters should indicate business size relative to the NAICS Code. FOB Las Vegas, NV. Delivery 30 days ARO. The Government contemplates a firm fixed-price contract and may award without discussion. Award for this COMMERCIAL ITEM will be made based on a trade-off of technical acceptability versus price. Quotations will be evaluated on the following criteria: (a) technical conformance to specifications (b) quality (c) past performance (d) price.
