Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division is responsible for development of shipboard treatment systems for non-oily watsewater. The Navy is currently evaluating ultrafiltration membrane systems capable of processing non-oily wastewater aboard Navy vessels. Navy non-oily wastewater treatment systems have been developed by Martel Laboratories. For this reason and to keep the testing and evaluation results consistant with previous results, the Government has decided to solicit and negotiate a sole source procurement with Martel Labs in acccordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may submit, in writing, a statement of capabilities. (see numbered Note 22)
